We recently started looking for a new travel trailer, and stopped by San Antonio RV in Seguin. Greg Pancake greeted us, showed us numerous units that fit the description of our needs, and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. We never felt pressured or had any typical sales tactics forced on us. Greg explained that you have to find the right floor plan that will meet your needs. While there were many units he showed us that were close to what we wanted, we actually found a floor plan at another dealership that was exactly what we wanted. So, I write this review not as a customer, but to express my thanks to Greg Pancake for being so kind, helpful and informative as we started our search. I would highly recommend talking to Greg if you are beginning to look at RVs. My wife and I have been looking for a fifth wheel and went to San Antonio Rv. We were amazed at the amount of inventory they have available and the friendliness of the staff. We were impressed with the way the salesman (Heath) listened to what we wanted in a fifth wheel and immediately knew which ones to show us. At this point, the only decision now is deciding on which one my wife wants. Thank you for the great customer service.
